By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using the Noura app, website, content, community features, live calls, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Noura.

1.2 About Noura

Noura is a nutrition, fitness, habit tracking, and lifestyle app designed to help users build healthier routines through food tracking, personalised targets, educational content, recipes, workouts, live calls, and community support.

1.3 Eligibility

Noura is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using Noura, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

1.4 No Medical Advice

Noura does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All information provided through the app, website, live calls, community discussions, meal plans, calorie targets, workout guidance, recipes, and educational content is for general health, fitness, nutrition, and educational purposes only.

You should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, supplementation, or lifestyle, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, managing a medical condition, recovering from injury, or have any health concerns.

1.5 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for determining whether any nutritional, exercise, or lifestyle recommendations provided through Noura are appropriate for your individual circumstances. You should consider any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, dietary requirements, or other health considerations before following any guidance provided through the app.

1.6 Weight Loss Results Disclaimer

Individual results will vary and cannot be guaranteed. Any testimonials, case studies, success stories, examples, or results displayed within the Noura app, website, social media channels, marketing materials, or other communications are provided for illustrative purposes only. They do not represent a guarantee that any user will achieve the same or similar results.

1.7 Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features of Noura. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

1.8 Subscriptions and Payments

Noura may offer paid subscriptions, paid features, or other in-app purchases. Payments may be processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other approved payment providers.

Subscription fees, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refund rights may depend on the platform or payment provider used. If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your subscription and cancellation rights will be managed through your Apple or Google account settings.

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions may renew automatically. It is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription before renewal if you no longer wish to continue.

1.9 Refunds

Refunds may be handled by the relevant payment provider or app store. Where subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests may need to be submitted directly through Apple or Google.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

1.10 Community Features and Live Calls

Noura may provide access to community features, group support, live calls, educational calls, or similar interactive services. These features are intended to provide education, encouragement, accountability, and general guidance only.

Users must communicate respectfully and must not post abusive, unlawful, misleading, harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts where users breach these Terms or behave in a way that negatively affects other users.

1.11 User Content

By posting, uploading, submitting, or sharing content within Noura community features, you grant Noura Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and providing the Noura service.

You remain the owner of any content you submit.

1.12 Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Noura, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, interfere with the app’s operation, copy or distribute restricted content, upload harmful material, or use Noura in a way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.

1.13 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, recipes, videos, graphics, workouts, text, designs, logos, educational materials, and other intellectual property within Noura are owned by or licensed to Noura Ltd.

You may use the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, share, sell, distribute, or modify Noura content without written permission.

1.14 Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Noura available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update, improve, suspend, remove, or change features, content, services, pricing, or functionality from time to time.

1.15 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noura Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, Noura.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

1.16 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Noura if you breach these Terms, misuse the app, fail to pay applicable fees, or behave in a way that may harm Noura, other users, or third parties.

1.17 Automated Recommendations

Certain recommendations, targets, suggestions, educational content, or personalised features within Noura may be generated or assisted by automated systems.

Such recommendations are intended for informational and educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical, nutritional, healthcare, or professional advice.

1.18 Events Outside Our Control

Noura Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, technical failures, cyber incidents, natural disasters, governmental actions, strikes, pandemics, utility failures, or other force majeure events.

1.19 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to digital content, subscriptions, services, or statutory cancellation rights where applicable.

1.20 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
